Are you seeking a secluded lodge nestled in the Sequoia National Forest on the bank of the Kern River and waterfalls?

This serene Forest hideaway is waiting for you at Quiet Mind Mountain Lodge and Retreat. We offer 6 different styles of rustic and elegant eastern inspired accommodations. Nightly rates are specific to each accommodation style and include a daily breakfast. Food packages for your stay are also available upon prior booking. Most accommodations are catered to 2 people although the Grand and Cabin can accommodate up to 4.

The Peaceful Cabin

A peaceful mountainside retreat can be found in our relaxing cabin. The cabin features a pillow top queen bed with a canopy with a cozy sitting area.
You can enjoy the convenience of your own private kitchen with a microwave, where you can prepare your own food or enjoy some ready to make healthy meals we have available.
The comfortable bathroom has a shower with a tub for your relaxation with complimentary lavender bubble bath.
You have access to a beautiful balcony with chairs overlooking the pear orchard, meadow, forest, stream and Ponderosa Pines.
The cabin is also right next to the main lodge, lobby and breakfast area.

The Grand River View Suite

A spacious suite with seating area in front of a fire place giving you plenty of room to spread out and stay cosy
The Grand River is our large beautifully appointed wood paneled suite in the lodge. With windows surrounding each wall, the room is filled with light and peaceful views of the forest and creek. Enjoy a morning cup of organic coffee on your private balcony and take in the soul soothing sunrise view over the mountain range a backyard mountain panorama with a view of entire river with a waterfall.
This suites has a spacious seating area to relax in front of the wood-burning fireplace and a private bathroom with a tub and shower. Guests staying in the Suites can unwind on the deck to the sounds of nature.
The suites are just steps away from the dining room and library in the main lodge.

Enjoy restful sleep in the comfort of our river rooms in the main lodge and enjoy one of three elegant yet rustic rooms. Calm, Tranquil, Joyful and Compassion Rooms offer quiet and solitude with sunrise view over mountains; waterfall and the forest.
Enjoy sitting on the bench on the outdoor deck to take in the morning views.
Each room has a beautiful canopy bed and a seating area near the window to enjoy views of the creek from the windows.
The rooms also features a private bathroom with a shower with organic toiletries. The Tranquil room offers a bathtub and shower.
With the convenience of being in the main lodge you can enjoy your privacy but can also easily access dining for breakfast and the library above.
Just outside your room you will find an outdoor seating area.

Our vacation campers are situated on beautiful, spacious area of the grounds with views of the orchard, creek and forest. All sites are conveniently outfitted with electricity, a private bathroom, kitchen and hot water and a dining area. Vacation campers sleep up to 3. Sleeping accommodations include a queen bed memory foam mattress.
The Hopeful Homestead
A spacious camper with a separate bedroom area with windows overlooking the orchard and pines. Relax and enjoy meals in the kitchen and dine in a seating area for two. Homestead has a private bathroom and shower.
The Silent Camper
A comfortable camper with a kitchen, seating area, private bedroom with a queen bed and bathroom with a shower.
The Wildwood Camper
